1. Who We Are
LabelPrintGo is a food-label creation and printing product being developed by NOQO. NOQO is a brand operated by 16034713 Canada Inc., an Ontario-based Canadian corporation. In this policy, “LabelPrintGo,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to 16034713 Canada Inc. in connection with the LabelPrintGo website and early-access waitlist.
This policy describes personal information handled through our website, waitlist and related communications. The LabelPrintGo mobile app is in development and is not covered as a live service by this version. We will update this policy before collecting personal information from external beta app users.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us: Your email address when you join the early-access waitlist; your name, business name or type and other details only if you choose to provide them or the form requests them; and information you include when contacting us, requesting support or giving feedback.
Signup and communication records: We and our email service provider may maintain the date and source of your signup, the consent information recorded by the form, email delivery status, unsubscribe preferences and email interactions where the service is configured to measure them.
Technical information: Website infrastructure and service providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps and security logs needed to display, maintain and protect the website or signup form. The exact analytics and cookie practices will be confirmed before website publication.
We do not ask waitlist subscribers for payment card details, full recipes or food-label scans.
3. Why We Use Your Information
We use information to maintain the LabelPrintGo waitlist; send the product updates and launch announcements you agree to receive; select and invite potential beta testers; respond to enquiries; record and honour consent and unsubscribes; troubleshoot and secure our website and communications; and comply with applicable laws. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a beta invitation.
We do not automatically add LabelPrintGo subscribers to email marketing lists for NOQO Dating, the cleaning app or any other NOQO brand. We would seek appropriate consent before using waitlist information for an unrelated marketing purpose.
4. Consent and Email Messages
We seek consent when you sign up to receive LabelPrintGo early-access emails. Our signup materials should clearly identify 16034713 Canada Inc. as the sender, explain the types of messages you will receive and provide a link to this policy.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us at support@labelprintgo.com. We will honour unsubscribe requests as required by law. Unsubscribing from marketing is not the same as requesting deletion of all associated records; limited information may be retained when necessary to respect your choice or meet legal obligations.
5. Service Providers and Sharing
We use Brevo to manage the early-access waitlist and related email communications. Brevo processes contact and communication records as a service provider. Our website hosting provider may also handle technical information necessary to operate the site; we will verify the provider and data flows before publication.
We may share information with providers acting on our behalf under appropriate arrangements, or disclose it where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights or secure the service. We do not sell or rent waitlist personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
6. Processing Outside Canada
Information can be processed or stored outside Canada. Brevo states that the servers on which it processes and stores its databases are located in the European Union. Other providers may operate in different jurisdictions. Information handled abroad may be subject to lawful access under applicable local laws.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved to reduce risks of unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. These measures include selecting service providers with appropriate safeguards and limiting access to information for legitimate business needs. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Specific technical safeguards for the mobile app will be documented and tested before beta release.
8. Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including the waitlist and authorized launch communications, or as required by law. We will periodically review the waitlist and remove information no longer needed. Where appropriate, we may retain limited unsubscribe, consent or security records to meet legal obligations and honour your choices.
You can request removal of your waitlist information by emailing support@labelprintgo.com. We will evaluate and respond to requests under applicable privacy law, and explain if any information must be retained.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may contact us to ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent where applicable, request deletion, or make a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may be unable to fulfil some requests where law permits or requires us to retain or restrict information.
10. Cookies and Analytics
Some essential cookies or similar technologies may be used by our website or service providers for operation, security and form functionality. Optional analytics and tracking tools, if introduced, will be disclosed here with any required consent or choice mechanisms. We will not label optional analytics as active until the deployed website has been checked.
11. Children
LabelPrintGo is intended for people involved in food businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information through the waitlist. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be reviewed.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as our website or services change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice or seek new consent where required for material changes. The mobile app will receive a fuller privacy disclosure before external beta testing begins.
