Good to know

Questions? We've got answers.

Is LabelPrintGo available to use today?

Not yet. We're finishing core product, security, and printing tests before inviting the first 10 Canadian beta businesses.

Will LabelPrintGo work with my label printer?

We're testing selected printer models and printing methods. We'll share an exact, verified compatibility list before recommending hardware. Our goal is printing from within LabelPrintGo, not forcing you to move labels into a manufacturer's app.

Does it guarantee Canadian food label compliance?

No. The app is designed to guide ingredient, allergen, and other Canadian labelling checks, but food-labelling requirements vary by product and sales circumstances. Businesses must review final labels for the rules that apply to them.

How much will it cost?

We're testing affordable plans for small food businesses. Final pricing will be announced before public launch; joining the early-access waitlist is free.
